GREA undertook and completed an ambitious refurbishment project of the well-known AnflaPlace Mall in 2019. The natural setting of the shopping centre, which also boasts a shoreline location, has been optimised to give shoppers from the upmarket residential area an elegant shopping facility that fits in well with the trading and waterfront setting.
The project scope for the 56 000 m² mall included the upgrading of the parking lot to add more light and modernise the space. It also included upgrades to the floor, ceiling and wall areas, inclusive of the addition of slide and fire-rated doors. Rosslyn Grove consular accommodation development in Nairobi, Kenya
GREA is currently constructing a consular development comprising 90 modern apartments and town homes in Kenya. This is the first development by GREA of its kind in the country.
