GREA provided turnkey development management services for the refurbishment and redevelopment of a light industrial warehouse facility currently anchored by Bollore Transport & Logistics (“Bollore”) in the Pemba port region.
The project entailed a significant repurposing of the asset according to agreed tenant specifications. The lettable area of the asset has increased from 4,817m2 to 7,486m2 (a 55% increase in the total lettable area).
