With a parking capacity of over 200 cars, it employs 257 staff members. Appointments for all consultations can be made by calling (+230) 651 5050, and for any medical emergencies, the number to dial is 121.

Visiting hours for general care units are from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The intensive care department allows visits from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Pharmacy opening hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM from Monday to Saturday, and from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Sundays.

Regarding radiology, the operating hours are as follows: weekdays from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturdays from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM. The department is not operational on Sundays and public holidays.
