It has been almost three years since our formation, and the growth we have experienced has exceeded our expectations beyond measure. We have overcome extraordinary challenges and as a collective, we’ve developed ourselves into an African real estate leader.

In response to this (almost overnight) success, it has become increasingly important for us to differentiate ourselves from our competitors, many of whom also operate under a “Delta” moniker. We are excited to announce that as of 1st June 2020, Gateway Delta Development Holdings has officially been rebranded to become Gateway Real Estate Africa. We have undergone a full rebrand, which we believe will serve as a reminder as to how far we have come in such a short period of time.

This change is a turning point in our history. It showcases our vision for the African continent and our commitment to building a better future for its people. We are proud to have a team of driven individuals who always find a way to overcome challenges by being innovative and expressing a true pioneering spirit throughout each project.

Our new identity represents US: ready to face adversity head-on, while continuously reaching for bigger and better goals.
